ZELIO LAKHPATI – TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Zelio Lakhpati campaign is valid from 1st October 2026 to 31st October 2026.
- The offer is valid Pan-India.
- The offer is applicable on all Zelio Electric Scooters and Tanga Electric Rickshaws bought during the campaign period.
- The vehicle must be bought from an authorised Zelio dealer listed on the official Zelio website.
- Registration must be completed on or before 31st October 2026.
- A valid mobile number, OTP verification, chassis number, purchase invoice and other requested purchase details are required for registration.
- Only one entry is allowed per mobile number and chassis number. Both must be unique.
- Dealers may help customers with registration. OTP verification on the customer's registered mobile number is required.
- All registrations are subject to verification by Zelio. Verification may take up to 7 days.
- Entries with mismatched information may stay pending till the authorised dealer confirms the purchase details.
- Duplicate mobile numbers, duplicate chassis numbers, fake or invalid invoices, purchases from unauthorised dealers or unclear purchase details may lead to rejection of the entry.
- Verified entries can win cash prizes of ₹100, ₹200, ₹500 or ₹1,000.
- Some eligible customers will also get a chance to win ₹10,000 cash prizes.
- All verified entries will automatically qualify for the ₹1,00,000 cash prize.
- 5 winners of ₹1,00,000 each will be randomly selected from eligible verified entries.
- Successful entries will be informed about their cash prize by 6th November 2026.
- Winners will be announced on 6th, 7th and 8th November 2026 on Zelio's official Instagram handle and may also be contacted through phone and WhatsApp.
- Cash prizes will be sent against a valid UPI ID shared by the eligible winner.
- Winners of ₹1,00,000 will be required to share valid PAN, Aadhaar and bank details for verification and prize transfer.
- Applicable taxes/TDS will be deducted as required by law.
- A ₹1,00,000 winner must claim the prize and complete the required verification within 14 days of being contacted.
- If a selected winner misses the claim period or fails verification, Zelio reserves the right to select a reserve winner through a random draw from eligible verified entries.
- Zelio employees, dealers and persons associated with Zelio as specified by the Company will stay ineligible to win prizes under the campaign.
- Any attempt to submit false, manipulated, duplicate or fraudulent information may lead to immediate disqualification.
- Zelio reserves the right to verify any entry, invoice, chassis number, dealer information or participant details before approving an entry or releasing a prize.
- Zelio reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the campaign in exceptional circumstances, subject to applicable law.
- Participation in Zelio Lakhpati means acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Zelio E Mobility Limited, subject to applicable law, shall apply.
